I live in Brilley, Herefordshire, and have a vegetable garden that is not being used.  It measures 23yards by 23 yards and in it there is a greenhouse measuring 3 yards by 5 yards.

If you would like to use it as your allotment, you're welcome to it free of charge other than providing me with some of your produce from time to time.
